Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work 1 weekend day as part of the regular schedule

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Schedule includes 1 weekend day as part of the regular schedule
