The shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Raleigh, NC for a production-focused mechanical repair role. This opportunity offers $75,000–$105,000+ OTE with flat-rate compensation and a guaranteed minimum described as approximately $35 per hour. Technicians benefit from steady workflow, 70–94 vehicles moving through the shop weekly, and a clean, organized work environment focused on efficient mechanical repair rather than heavy diagnostics or major engine tear-downs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement efficiently in a high-volume shop environment.
  • Service and repair automotive braking systems.
  • Perform suspension repairs and wheel alignments.
  • Complete tire service and related wheel work.
  • Perform fluid services and general vehicle maintenance.
  • Inspect and replace hoses and belts as needed.
  • Perform automotive A/C service.
  • Maintain consistent production while completing assigned work accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional automotive technician experience.
  • Strong hands-on mechanical repair background.
  • Experience working in a full-service automotive repair environment.
  • Ability to perform production-focused repair work efficiently and consistently.
  • ASE A1–A8 certifications are a plus.
  • North Carolina State Inspection License is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000–$105,000+ OTE.
  • Flat-rate compensation with a guaranteed minimum described as approximately $35 per hour.
