Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our acuity adaptable unit to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across varying patient needs. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and respond quickly to changing conditions while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and document care in our EHR.
