Ambulatory RN Clinical Supervisor

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an Ambulatory RN Clinical Supervisor to lead high-quality, culturally responsive outpatient nursing care in South Los Angeles. In this role, you will supervise RN and clinical staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice across ambulatory clinics. You’ll champion health equity, mentor staff, support scheduling and training, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and patient experience.
