You will deliver high-quality bedside nursing, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and accurately document in advanced EHR systems. Collaborating with physicians, IT specialists, and care teams, you’ll leverage digital tools to improve outcomes, safety, and workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, patient education, and participation in quality-improvement initiatives while adapting to new clinical software and data-driven practices.
