Location:

St. John s Hospital 800 E Carpenter St, Springfield, IL 62769

Position:

CRNA Locums

Requirements:

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
State License: Illinois (Required)
Experience: New grads welcome!

Important: Provider must have a home address 60+ miles away from the facility. Confirm before submitting.

Start Date:

ASAP after credentialing

Duration:

Ongoing

Schedule:

Mon Fri 8-hour shifts only
No on-call / No callback

Pay Rates:

$230-240hr depending on experience and time commitment
$20K Completion Bonus (after 520 hrs & 13 weeks)

️ Travel & Lodging:

️ Flights booked
Rental car/mileage stipend: $250/week
Lodging stipend: $110/night
Meals stipend: Covers days worked

Types of Cases:

General Ortho OB
EMR: Ipro
Anesthesia Rooms: 15
CRNA to MD Ratio: 2:1 (MDs supervise CRNAs)
