Job Requirements:
- Must know Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Speak, read and write English
- WMS and SAP Enterprise
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation verification: Cross-reference physical driver load sheets against official Bills of Lading (BOL). Ensure all carrier paperwork is fully executed before releasing drivers.
- Partner Management: Serve as the primary night-shift liaison for truckload carriers and the shipping team.
- Organizing & Transmittals: Process departmental paperwork with high accuracy. Transmit required digital documentation to intercompany warehouses and send executed BOLs to carriers via email.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate, input, and manage precise pickup and delivery appointments for all orders routing through company warehouses.
