Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
• Ability to flex and work as part of a team
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours:
• Weekend requirement: Minimum of 2 per 4 week period required
• Floating to other inpatient rehab locations may be required
