Operations Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience coordinating service and internal requests at a fire alarm company
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Ability to handle customer communication in a professional, timely manner
- Proficiency with email and office productivity software
Operations Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in facilities, building services, or customer support environments
- Familiarity with building maintenance contracts and account setup processes
Operations Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Track and address building violations, including drafting letters of correction for clients
- Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries, resolving issues as needed
- Prepare and follow up on service and maintenance proposals sent to customers
- Update and maintain all maintenance contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage Rapid Response work, including updating zone lists, activating accounts, and handling cancellations
- File central station monitoring changeover forms and set up NAPCO accounts
- Take RR accounts offline if requested by customers
- Coordinate scheduling for service and maintenance when colleagues are unavailable
- Gather information from clients for upcoming site surveys
