Interventional Radiology Nurse Manager

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nurse Manager I to lead our Interventional Radiology nursing team in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, high-quality care for complex IR procedures. Responsibilities include mentoring nurses, coordinating with radiologists and IT teams, optimizing workflows, and leveraging digital tools to improve documentation and communication. You will drive quality improvement initiatives, support staff development, and uphold regulatory and safety standards in a fast-paced, technology-enabled care environment.
