Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes using EMR systems.
