Equipment Associate

Our client, Industrial Services is seeking an Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Equipment Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the yard and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, safety-mindedness, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay Range: 20/hr

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist with washing equipment in the wash bay using high-powered pressure washers
• Unload rental equipment and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, and painting tasks
• Work outdoors in yard environments, adhering to all safety protocols
• Support team members with various labor tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude and forklift experience (training and certification provided)
• Ability to pass a drug test and maintain a good driving record
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Steel toe lace-up boots and appropriate work attire (no sweatpants or personal phones in yard)
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
