Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive med-surg nursing care, including assessments, care planning, wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration for adult rehab patients.
