Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

At Always Compassionate Health, caring is at the heart of everything we do, for both our clients and our caregivers. We are currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients throughout Westchester County and New York City.

Position Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, Weekends
Pay Rate: $18.65 - $21.00 per hour
Schedules Available: Days, Nights, Weekends

Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
Provide medication reminders
Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
Prepare meals
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Qualifications
NY State HHA or PCA certification required
Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
Strong communication skills
English proficiency
Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Physical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers
