Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Competitive Pay and Referral Bonus

Compensation and Bonuses:

$35-$45 per hour (based on experience)

Additional $ if you waive benefits (Per Diem Only)

$2 shift diff 3p-11p, $5 shift diff 11p-7a, additional $1 on weekend shifts

Additional $4 per hour for Weekend Only (7a-3p, 3 PM – 11 PM shifts)

$500 Referral Bonus – Earn extra by bringing a friend

Available Shifts:

Full-Time: 3 PM – 11 PM, 7p-7a, 11p-7a

Part-Time: 7 AM – 3 PM (Weekends) | 3 PM – 11 PM, 11p-7a

PRN/Per Diem Options Available

Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to residents. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans accurately

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity

Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and family members to ensure high-quality care

Documenting care plans, treatment outcomes, and any changes in resident conditions

Maintaining a safe and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
