Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, working collaboratively to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment, aligning successfully with the company's culture and goals.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment setup, calibration, and quality testing.
  • Collect and evaluate operating data using sophisticated programs to make on-line adjustments.
  • Follow all operating procedures to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering experimentation.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.
