Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for adult post-acute, outpatient, and home-based patients. You’ll assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans; and document measurable progress in an EMR system. Collaborate closely with PT/OT, nursing, and physicians to support safe discharge and functional independence.
