Join one of the nation's largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Physician Office Building at St. Luke's in Milwaukee, WI.

Highlights

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - MOB 3, Suite 170

  • Established primary care practice located on the campus of Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

  • Opportunity created due to a physician retirement which will include a mix of inherited and new patients

  • Collaborative team consisting of 6 physicians (3 Internal Medicine and 3 Family Medicine) and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

  • Schedule & Flexibility includes either a 4 or 4.5 day work week and hours range from 7 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

  • Resources & Facilities include immediate access to a full range of specialties, on-site access to hospital-based diagnostic and ancillary services, including lab and imaging.

  • Strong Clinical Support which includes; Dedicated Medical Assistant, additional support through a team-based "pod" structure., 3 shared RNs support the clinic, APPs currently help manage overflow patient demand and are beginning to establish their own patient panels and a part-time social worker to further support patient care.

  • Diverse patient population spanning newborns through geriatric patients, large immigrant population provides an opportunity for broad and meaningful clinical experience.

  • Collaborative team with an open-door culture, physicians and staff work closely together and are known for strong teamwork.
