Join a Growing Fleet Maintenance Team
We're looking for experienced and motivated Trailer Mechanics to join a well-established transportation equipment organization. If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical issues, working with your hands, and keeping equipment safe and road-ready, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you have experience with dry vans, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, chassis, or other commercial trailers, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable company that values skilled technicians.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections on commercial trailers.
- Diagnose and repair air brake systems, suspension components, lighting, electrical systems, doors, floors, roofs, and trailer bodies.
- Complete DOT inspections and ensure equipment meets all federal and company safety standards.
- Repair or replace damaged trailer components, including wheel-end assemblies, hubs, brakes, tires, and landing gear.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Document repairs and complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with the maintenance team to minimize trailer downtime.
What We're Looking For
- Experience performing maintenance and repairs on commercial trailers.
- Knowledge of air brake systems and DOT inspection requirements.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform quality repairs.
- Experience with welding or fabrication is a plus but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus but not required.

Candidates with experience as a Trailer Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Maintenance Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.
