Your New Role
Work from Dayton, Ohio, serving the Greater Dayton area
Apply your experience in one or more residential HVAC specialties, including service and repair, maintenance, system installation and changeouts, or comfort advising and HVAC sales
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and air conditioning systems when working in a service role
Complete HVAC installations, replacements, and system changeouts when working in an installation role
Perform maintenance and help keep residential HVAC equipment operating safely and reliably
Evaluate customer comfort needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions when working in a comfort advisor or sales role
Provide professional, straightforward communication and dependable customer service
Follow established HVAC safety procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship
Use modern technology and service software to document work and support an efficient customer experience
Continue developing your technical, customer service, and HVAC industry knowledge through training and certification opportunities
Take ownership of your work and contribute to a team focused on reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction

3+ years of professional HVAC trade experience in service, installation, maintenance, sales, or a combination of these areas
EPA 608 certification required, with Universal preferred and Type II minimum
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
Hands-on HVAC knowledge and demonstrated skills appropriate to your specialty, including service and repair, installation and changeouts, maintenance, or comfort advising and sales
Experience with HVAC service software such as ServiceTitan, or willingness to learn
Comfortable working directly with homeowners
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Successfully complete any job-related background check and drug screening required for the position, consistent with applicable law
