RN Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an RN Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient nursing teams serving South Los Angeles. This role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care. The supervisor provides direct patient care, triage, and clinical oversight, supports quality and regulatory standards, and mentors nursing staff.
