Job Description:
Provide direct clinical support ensuring the goals and objectives for each client in the Veteran’s Count Program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Currently licensed as a LICSW or LCMHC
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred
- Couples counseling experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, person – centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment.
- Assist each client in the completion of intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement based care as applicable.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA – compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
- Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care.
- Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
- Complete monthly reports and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, Federal or State requirements.
- Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
- Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.
Compensation: Starting 72,800 annually based on experience.
Hours: This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
