This position involves supporting multi-site property functions, including conducting regular audits, managing bad debt notices, eviction filings, lease expirations, and final account statements. The role requires strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Yardi, general accounting, and effective organizational skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support multi-site electronic property functions in coordination with Operations including completing regular audits, reporting findings, posting corrections as needed.
Manage bad debt notices, and eviction filing.
Manage lease renewal process once renewal rates have been approved and reflected in Yardi. This includes generating the renewal lease proposal batch, resident follow up, and create the renewal lease for resident signature.
Complete final account statements and post move out charges in coordination with property team.
Partner and communicate with Community Manager, Property Team, and/or Regional Manager regularly.
Ensure renters insurance compliance through regular audits including charge batches and resident notifications of pending and expired insurance.
Perform accurate end of month accounting.
Resolve any prospect and resident issues which are addressed to the CAP and communicate and partner resolutions with property teams.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel required.
Yardi knowledge preferred.
General accounting knowledge.
Effectively prioritize and manage tasks within required timelines.
Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and have ability to work successfully with others.
Must have strong organizational skills and be resourceful.
Must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing.
Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible.
Must present a professional image.
Education and Background:
Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required.
Degree in business or related field, preferred.
1+ years property management industry experience preferred.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
