We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Dentist to join our thriving private practice. Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care (preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and minor oral surgery)
Diagnose and create customized treatment plans with a patient-first approach
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Lead and collaborate with a skilled support team (hygienists, assistants, front office)
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental standards
Utilize modern dental technology (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, etc.)

Requirements

General Dentistry
Licensed dentist

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Preferred

Cosmetic Dentistry
Implant Dentistry

1+ years of clinical experience (new grads welcome with mentorship)
Experience with CAD/CAM, implants, or Invisalign
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages a plus)
Passion for continuing education and professional growth
