Registered Nurse

Schenectady Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to short-term rehab and long-term care residents in our Schenectady, NY facility. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, documenting in the EMR, educating residents and families, and supporting safe transitions of care.
