Locum Tenens PA - Internal Medicine Job Opportunity in Indiana

• Covers 3 locations per day -- approx. 6 locations per week
• Panel of 340 patients across 8 facilities
• Patient population: ages 55 and older
• Mix of short-term and long-term residents
• Chronic disease management required -- HTN, DM, CHF, COPD, CKD
• GI management required -- GERD, constipation, malnutrition, incontinence
• Experience in geriatric post-acute care required
• Hospital privileges required
