Clinical Operations Supervisor

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead daily clinical workflows within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees nursing and support staff, optimizes patient flow, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and drives quality and safety initiatives. The supervisor monitors clinical performance metrics, coordinates staffing and scheduling, supports electronic health record (EHR) utilization, and collaborates with physicians and leadership to enhance patient experience. You will mentor teams, assist with training and onboarding, and champion process improvements aligned with Mercy’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
