Parking Garage Cleaner at Marsden

Shift Details: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parking Garage Cleaning & Floor Care Operator to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of a four-level parking garage. In this independent role, you will perform general cleaning duties across all levels, removing dirt, debris, and stains from common areas and floors. A key responsibility includes safely operating a large, drive-on automatic floor scrubber, as well as occasionally utilizing pressure washers and other specialized equipment while strictly following established safety procedures. The ideal candidate is a reliable and responsible professional who is comfortable working in a large garage environment and possesses previous experience operating floor scrubbers or pressure washers.

Requirements:

• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety

Job Duties:

• Cleaning restrooms

• Sanitizing
