Multi-Site Maintenance Tech

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments across our behavioral health, housing, and family service facilities. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The technician will travel between multiple sites, prioritize work orders, and respond to emergencies, partnering closely with program staff to limit disruption to client care. As part of a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered organization, you will directly support vulnerable individuals and families by keeping facilities reliable and welcoming.
