About the Clinicians Workday

The radiation oncologist will provide clinic-based outpatient oncology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include managing an average of 20 patients on treatment per week for weekly status checks and conducting 4 new patient consultations per week. The clinician will utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation and treatment coordination. Treatment delivery is supported by Elekta linear accelerator and Siemens equipment. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required, and an active North Carolina medical license must be maintained; temporary privileges are available to facilitate timely onboarding. This assignment is structured as two weeks per month beginning in August on an ongoing basis.
