CarePartners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support rehabilitation plans under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, educate patients and families, and document accurately in medical records.
