Student Success Counselor

As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll work full-time in public schools supporting student growth. In this role, you’ll provide academic coaching, small-group tutoring, and social-emotional mentoring to help students stay on track to graduate. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom climate.
