Job Description
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join a fast-paced team that creates and publishes long-form reports, marketing and event collateral, award certificates, and other visual materials for print and digital usage. Applicants will need to have experience providing graphics specifically created to support the requirements of individual projects across various mediums, in addition to laying out dense content and nuanced data in a short amount of time.
Submission of an online portfolio with your application is required.
Your portfolio must show range across:
Long-form print/report design
Digital assets—social media graphics, digital banners
Aesthetic Direction
Contemporary, modern—not 2D drop shadows, embossing, or dated lettering effects
Clean, academic, prestigious tone
Good use of negative space
Education and Background
Years of Experience
Required Skills
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly skilled on a Mac platform.
Strong knowledge of 508-compliance.
Ability to create infographics based on descriptions of complex financial data and/or content.
Familiarity with industry-standard applications for developing print-, digital-, and web-based deliverables.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines and schedules.
Availability to work beyond normal working hours, including holidays, if needed.
Excellent communication organizational skills.
