Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, balance and gait training, and patient/family education to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document progress, participate in care conferences, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
