What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support to plant operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational records accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate communication between plant personnel, vendors, customers, and corporate teams.
  • Maintain personnel, safety, production, and maintenance records in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support daily plant activities by organizing schedules, supplies, and office resources to ensure efficient operations.

Work Environment

  • May require occasional visits to operational areas of the plant and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
