Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 1 year Tele, inpatient only - Experience and competence in drug titration.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Trauma, inpatient only.
Special Requests: - Assignment length may vary: 13-26 weeks. - Block scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements. - RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment. - Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment.
Unit Details: - Patient ratios vary: days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees). - Provides care for post-trauma and post-surgical patients with medical comorbidities.
Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. - Weekends as required by facility. - No call. - Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week.
Floating Requirements: - Will float on a rotational basis.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
