• 24-hour call shifts -- 3 to 5 days per month including weekends
• Approx. 5 - 8 phone calls per 24-hour shift
• Approx. 2 - 3 onsite responses per 24-hour shift
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• Surgical procedures required
• Must respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
