Previous Service Advisor or Technician Experience in a Dealership or Independent Repair Facility Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers.
- Explain repair options and associated costs effectively.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure a smooth service process for clients.
- Collaborate with technicians to facilitate service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience in a dealership or independent repair facility required
- Experience in related industries such as motorsports, RV, or powersports is welcome
- CDK experience is a plus!
- Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus!
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Good work ethic and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
