Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble components to create packaging interiors according to customer specifications.
- Maintain high quality standards while following all safety procedures and company policies.
- Safely and properly operate hand tools and equipment required for assembly tasks.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
