Speech Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a high-performing speech-language pathology team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct assessment and treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders while coordinating team workflows and championing clinical best practices. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, mentor clinicians, support quality and compliance initiatives, and help drive excellent functional outcomes for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries.
