Inpatient Pharmacist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to support acute care hospital clients. In this role, you’ll verify and dispense medications, perform clinical dosing, monitor drug therapy, and ensure safe, evidence-based medication use. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams, provide medication counseling, review orders for accuracy, and support formulary and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
