Charge Nurse Medical Telemetry

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Charge Nurse for our Medical Telemetry unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality telemetry and medical-surgical services. Responsibilities include patient assessments, monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing care plans, mentoring nurses, collaborating with physicians, and supporting throughput and staffing decisions. You’ll promote evidence-based practice, patient education, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced acute care environment.
