What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in elevating the patient experience and supporting smooth clinical operations through responsibilities such as: Treatment Plan Management • Reviewing and verifying treatment plans for accuracy and completeness. • Clearly communicating treatment options and scheduling needs with patients. • Estimating patient portions for PPO insurance plans with confidence and accuracy. Administrative & Front Office Excellence • Utilizing Dentrix to input and manage patient data with precision. • Assisting with patient intake, payment collection, and financial discussions. • Maintaining organized, compliant records and documentation systems. • Managing multiline phone systems and supporting front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism, empathy, and expertise: • Prior dental or clinical office experience (required). • Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment workflows. • Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software. • Knowledge of HIPAA standards and commitment to patient confidentiality. • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Experience with PPO insurance verification and patient portion estimates. • Bilingual abilities are a plus and help us better serve our diverse patient community.
