Morton Dental Group | North Nashville Region
Are you an experienced dental leader who is ready to make a bigger impact?
Morton Dental Group is looking for a Regional Dental Manager to lead and support four established dental practices across our North Nashville region.
This is an opportunity for a strong people leader who understands dental operations, knows how to develop Office Managers, and is energized by helping teams and practices reach their full potential.
At Morton Dental Group, we are building something different. We are creating a premier, relationship-driven dental organization focused on exceptional patient care, strong leadership, operational excellence, and long-term growth for our team.
The Opportunity
As Regional Dental Manager, you will be the leadership partner for four practices, working closely with doctors and Office Managers to strengthen teams, improve performance, and create consistently exceptional patient experiences.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and practice leaders
- Build strong, accountable, high-performing teams
- Partner with doctors to support practice success
- Monitor key practice metrics and turn data into action
- Improve scheduling, patient flow, team performance, and operational efficiency
- Coach leaders through challenges and difficult conversations
- Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and leadership development
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across the region
- Help create a culture of professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and excellence
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced dental operations leader with:
- Direct dental practice management or dental operations experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience leading and developing Office Managers or dental teams
- A strong understanding of dental practice operations
- The ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
- Experience partnering with dentists and clinical teams
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution skills
- The ability to use performance data to drive improvement
- A willingness to travel regularly between four practices
The ideal candidate knows how to develop leaders rather than create dependency. You know when to coach, when to hold someone accountable, and when to step in. You are equally comfortable discussing team culture, patient experience, operational performance, and business results.
