Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active PT license in Ohio Current CPR Current driver's license Dependable vehicle Current vehicle insurance Home Health experience

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Full time, 40 hours per week Productivity expectation: 30 points No on-call or weekend requirement Coverage areas include Jackson and Gallia counties, with rare coverage in Meigs and Athens counties
