Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health experience required OASIS experience required CPR certification required Bachelor's Degree

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No on-call requirement Weekend rotation required Potential availability on observed holidays is required Coverage area includes Fort Smith and surrounding areas Floating to other nearby agencies may be required
