Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of OT experience required
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• OT license required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Schedule must remain consistent and be communicated with DOR
• Start time must be before 6AM and no later than 10AM
• 35 hours per week
• No weekend requirement
• 13-week assignment

Location Highlights

Mound City offers a quiet small-town setting in northwest Missouri with direct access to Interstate 29 and nearby outdoor recreation. The city is about 95 miles north of Kansas City and sits near Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge, a well-known birding and wildlife area with seasonal migration viewing. Big Lake State Park is roughly 20 miles away and provides fishing, boating, and camping options for travelers who prefer a slower-paced location. Saint Joseph is about 35 miles south and offers additional dining, shopping, and access to the Pony Express National Museum and Missouri Riverfront.
