Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, person-centered rehab services to our senior residents. In our collaborative, respect-driven culture, you will assess, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Partner with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and contribute innovative ideas that support seniors’ independence and overall well-being in our skilled nursing community.
