Warehouse Associate (Specific Role) – Franklin Park ILWhat You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
In This Role You’ll:- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
What You’ll Bring- Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
Selector (Picker) Specific:- Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
- Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
- Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders
Schedule & Setting:- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
- Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts starting between 4:00 PM and 2:30 AM.
- Weekends are mandatory and holiday availability required
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits: $29.36/hour or salary range is preferred
Additional $1.00/hr. for all hours worked in the freezer
