OBGYN Atlanta Suburb

  • Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix
  • Collaborative, low-turnover team
  • Culture built on teamwork, flexibility, and strong clinical standards

??? Support

  • 6 Midwives (handle most vaginal deliveries
  • 2 Nurse Practitioners
  • OB Hospitalist + MFM support
  • Robot

Schedule

  • 8:005:00 clinic (patients 8:30~4:15)
  • 2435 patients/day
  • Optional post-call days off
  • Gradual ramp-up for new providers

Call

  • 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you

Volume

  • ~110 deliveries/month (group)
  • ~45% C-section rate
  • No pregnancy terminations

Compensation

  • $250K$300K base
    • Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits
    • $400K-$450K earning potential year 1
  • Partnership Eligibility after 2 years. No buy-in
