OBGYN Atlanta Suburb
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-Friday Pay Rate: $ - $

- Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix
- Collaborative, low-turnover team

??? Support
- 6 Midwives (handle most vaginal deliveries
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
- OB Hospitalist + MFM support
- Robot
Schedule
- 8:005:00 clinic (patients 8:30~4:15)
- 2435 patients/day
- Optional post-call days off
- Gradual ramp-up for new providers
Call
- 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you
Volume
- ~110 deliveries/month (group)
- ~45% C-section rate
- No pregnancy terminations
Compensation
- $250K$300K base
- Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits
- $400K-$450K earning potential year 1
- Partnership Eligibility after 2 years. No buy-in
